Job summary

Blockit AI seeks a Customer Success Manager to lead activation, adoption, and retention across our customer base, including hundreds of accounts in VC, PE, financial services, and tech startups.

You will work with our onboarding specialist to run pilots, drive adoption, surface expansion signals, and feed product with customer insights. A technical pulse and commercial acumen help you grow accounts and craft SOPs for questions our dashboard can’t answer yet.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or solutions at a software company.
• Founding or first-CS-hire experience is a strong plus.
• Technically curious and able to engage with engineering teams.
• Commercially aware with evidence-based storytelling.
• Exceptional writer, comfortable communicating with partners and heads of platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise onboarding, pilots, and rollouts end to end.
• Serve as the primary contact for inbound support and agent-behavior feedback.
• Handle churn with a data-driven save motion.
• Build usage and retention reporting, runbooks, and the QA loop for the AI support agent.
