WRITER is seeking a Customer Success professional to own deployment and activation success across a portfolio of customers. You will embed deeply into client organizations, understand their objectives, and build programs, communities, and workshops that translate AI investments into measurable outcomes.

You are a builder who creates engagement, not waits for it. This hybrid role is based in the US, with hubs in San Francisco or Seattle, and involves travel to support customers across industries.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years proven track record owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes.
• Deep experience understanding customer use cases, mapping workflows to business objectives.
• Experience implementing activation strategies: champion programs, dashboards, and workshops.
• Success building advocate networks and power user communities.
• Ability to connect platform usage to business outcomes and articulate ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own activation and platform success across a customer portfolio.
• Build and co-develop custom AI solutions with customers, translating use cases into workflows that drive impact.
• Design and execute activation strategies that drive adoption and business outcomes.
• Implement champion programs, office hours, usage dashboards, trainings, and workshops.
