Job summary

Docusign is seeking an Activation Specialist for its Prospecting Science program. This hybrid role blends enablement design with analytics to drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows across enterprise sales teams.

You’ll own activation experiences and measure usage, working with GTM leaders to translate field needs into structured requirements. You will report to the GTM Innovation, Tools & Capabilities Director and collaborate with regional teams to localize activation across markets, languages,

Qualifications

3+ years in sales enablement or learning & development in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience driving adoption of new tools or workflows among sales teams.
Experience with AI/automation tools.

Responsibilities

Design and execute activation campaigns for every experiment moving to Scale stage.
Define activation and proficiency requirements for each workflow and what constitutes adopted usage.
Partner with Operations and analytics to instrument reporting and track adoption curves and productivity shifts weekly.
Diagnose resistance patterns by interviewing reps and analyzing usage data to design interventions.
Create experiences with quick-start guides, labs, video walkthroughs, office hours, and manager/peer programs.
Maintain an activation calendar aligned with the build roadmap and field readiness.
Localize activation for different markets, languages, and seller profiles.
Contribute activation readiness assessments at bi-weekly leadership forums.
