SOCi seeks an Agentic Workforce Adoption Manager to drive adoption of AI-powered capabilities within our Customer Success framework. You will partner with CSMs, Product, Sales, and Delivery to identify opportunities, guide customers, and embed SOCi’s Agentic Workforce into day-to-day workflows.

You will educate and influence customer teams to realize measurable value, accelerate time-to-value, and support retention and account expansion in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Consulting, or relevant SaaS customer-facing roles.
• Proven experience working directly with B2B SaaS customers in post-sale environments.
• Demonstrated track record of driving software product adoption and successfully influencing user behavior.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer enablement skills.
• Ability to thrive and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive adoption of SOCi AI capabilities across assigned accounts.
• Lead discovery sessions, adoption workshops, webinars, and value realization reviews.
• Collaborate with CSMs, Product, and Sales to identify adoption opportunities and remove friction.
• Translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes (ROI, efficiency gains, business impact).
