Job summary

Traversal is seeking an AI Adoption Engineer to guide customers through activation, scaling, optimization, and value realization. You will run enablement sessions, engineer prompts, and debug accuracy issues while owning integrations and accuracy tracking.

You will engage with stakeholders across levels, run executive conversations, and drive adoption of our AI platform to deliver measurable business impact for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role required.
• Demonstrated genuine technical depth.
• Proven ability to run executive-level and engineer-level conversations.
• Experience driving adoption of a technical product with complex multi-stakeholder customers.

Responsibilities

• Own customer-specific integrations and custom prompt engineering.
• Debug accuracy failures and edge cases; instrument accuracy tracking.
• Identify failure modes and capture them for engineering feedback.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and drive value realization for customers.

As an AI Adoption Engineer, you will work with customers to move them through four adoption phases: Activation, Scaling, Optimization, and Value Realization. You will run enablement sessions, debug accuracy failures, engineer custom prompts, and drive quarterly business reviews.

What You Will Do

You will own customer‑specific integrations, custom prompt engineering, and edge‑case debugging. You will also instrument and maintain accuracy tracking, identify and capture failure modes, and debug and resolve platform issues.
