Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business and ensure customer success across the US South East region, including Nebraska and Columbus. You will execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with ranchers, cattle associations, and local stakeholders, and travel frequently to meet targets.

You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, collaborating with Product, Support, and Customer Onboarding teams to deliver value and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in ranching/cattle operations preferred.
• Strong sales and customer success background.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business and building a pipeline in the territory.
• In-field sales and relationship nurturing with ranchers and associations.
• Expand opportunities and manage existing customers for long-term value.
• Hit ambitious sales targets and own end-to-end sales processes.
• Oversee onboarding and handoff to customer success teams.
