Mackinnon Bruce International is partnering with a leading Ag-Tech client to recruit an Account Executive to build a Washington-based territory and drive new business across the Pacific Northwest. This is a true hunter role, focused on prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and guiding the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a territory strategy to generate new business across Washington and the Pacific Northwest.
• Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, outbound prospecting, field visits, referrals, networking, email, LinkedIn, and events.
• Identify and engage growers and advance opportunities from contact to close.
• Manage the full sales cycle including discovery, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Gain field insights by visiting growers to understand operations and challenges.
