Job summary

Ceres AI is seeking an Account Manager for the Pacific Northwest who will bridge our platform with customer success across mid-market and enterprise accounts in row crops.

You will own renewals, drive expansion, visit client sites, and collaborate with sales, agronomy, and operations teams to deliver ROI and measurable value. Willingness to travel up to 40% and reside in the Pacific Northwest is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in agribusiness, ag tech, crop advisory, or ag consulting.
• Proven track record growing mid-market or enterprise accounts including renewals and upsells.
• Strong knowledge of large-scale row crop operations.
• Familiarity with precision ag, remote sensing, and translating data to value.
• Clear, confident communication with field teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow your book of business, owning mid-market and enterprise accounts in row crops.
• Deepen relationships through regular check-ins, site visits, and industry events.
• Lead business reviews focused on ROI, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Expand accounts through upsells, additional acreage, and new features.
• Source and close new business with large agribusinesses and ag capital groups.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
• Be the primary contact for customers using the Ceres AI platform.
