Job summary

Ceres AI is seeking an Account Manager for the Pacific Northwest to connect our platform with customer success. You will own a book of mid-market and enterprise accounts, primarily in row crops, with a mandate to retain, grow, and win new business.

You will engage across stakeholders, conduct regular business reviews, and coordinate with product and engineering to shape the roadmap while maintaining an active pipeline in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in agribusiness, ag technology, crop advisory, or ag consulting.
• Proven track record growing mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise accounts in row crops.
• Drive renewals, upsells, and new business opportunities.
• Lead business reviews focused on ROI, renewals, and expansion.
• Coordinate with sales leadership on renewals and enterprise pursuits.
