Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. seeks an Agribusiness Sales Associate to serve as a trusted partner for farmers.

You will understand customer initiatives, leverage Keystone’s AGx and Connect platforms, and tailor offerings to drive growth and profitability for both producers and Keystone. You will build strong relationships, manage accounts, and collaborate with the Sales Lead and Operations teams to meet defined targets.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant ag sales experience.
• Basic agronomics knowledge of crop production.
• Bachelor’s degree in agricultural-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer initiatives and business drivers through regular interactions.
• Utilize AGx, Connect to interpret information and advise customers.
• Develop and review a Customer Account Plan with Sales Lead and team.
• Detail and sell Keystone products during on-farm and other calls.
• Set and achieve sales volumes and profit margins for assigned accounts.
• Maintain account records via Keystone Connect and profiles.
