Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking an experienced agricultural sales professional to serve as the primary contact for current and future technologies for farmer customers.

You will interpret customer needs, develop account plans, and collaborate with Operations and Sales Leads to drive volume, margins and service quality. This role requires 3–5 years in ag sales, strong communication, and the ability to travel to farm sites, with proficiency in MS Office and company software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agriculture is preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant agricultural sales experience.
• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and interact with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of customers’ initiatives and drivers.
• Use Keystone Connect and AGx/Connect tools to assist customers.
• Develop and implement Customer Account Plans with sales leaders.
• Set and achieve sales volumes, margins, and goals for accounts.
• Maintain account records and communicate progress with management.
