Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. in Indiana is seeking an experienced agribusiness sales professional to be the primary contact for farmer customers, delivering value via Keystone’s Elite AGx and the Connect platform.

You will develop account plans, translate customer needs into solutions, maintain records, travel to farms, and collaborate with internal teams to grow sales and profitability. Strong communication and independent work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant ag sales experience.
• Basic understanding of crop production/agronomics.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build deep knowledge of customers' goals and operations.
• Utilize AGx, Connect and other tools to interpret data for customers.
• Develop and review Customer Account Plans with stakeholders.
• Position and sell Keystone products during on-farm and remote interactions.
• Set and meet sales volumes, margins and account targets.
• Maintain records in Keystone Connect and account profiles.
• Coordinate with Location Manager and Operations on progress and issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
