Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Taco Bell in Fontana, CA. The AGM will support the GM in daily restaurant operations, lead shifts, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam.
• Clear health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation and clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to complete tasks on time while maintaining quality.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to focus on the customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety per OSHA regulations.
• Assist in training and development plans for leaders.
• Help identify staffing needs and onboard new hires.
• Support GM in achieving financial goals.
• Provide 5-star service to customers and maintain satisfaction.
