Job summary

Royal City Bell, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations. The AGM will lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure adherence to brand standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will help with training, safety compliance, scheduling, and onboarding, while collaborating with the GM on financial performance and guest experience. A strong leadership presence is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• Must pass the ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a current health card per local/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks and uphold brand standards.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to prioritize customer experience.
• Ensure health and safety compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Assist in training and developing future leaders and create development plans.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and creating a welcoming environment for new hires.
• Assist GM in achieving the restaurant's financial goals and operational excellence.
