Job summary

Royal City Bell, LLC operates Taco Bell restaurants and is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, lead shifts, and ensure exceptional customer service. The AGM will work closely with the GM to improve financial performance and team development in a high-volume setting.

The ideal candidate has restaurant leadership experience, English proficiency, and ServSafe certification, with a focus on safety, training, and staff onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass the ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a current health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation, clear criminal background check, and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks with quality assurance.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to prioritize the customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Assist in training and developing future leaders and create development plans.
• Collaborate with GM on staffing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals and performance metrics.
• Deliver 5-star service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist GM in general restaurant operations management.
