Angel City Bell, LLC, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the GM in daily restaurant operations and lead shift teams to deliver exceptional results.

The AGM will drive operational excellence, coach staff, ensure food safety and OSHA compliance, and help recruit, onboard, and develop leaders while striving to meet financial goals and deliver a 5-star customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience across shifts.
• Must be 18+ with English proficiency.
• ServSafe certification required and health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation and clean criminal background check.

• Lead shifts and ensure timely completion of tasks with quality.
• Coach and motivate team members to prioritize customer experience.
• Enforce health and safety standards per OSHA regulations.
• Train and develop future leaders and create development plans.
