Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Plant Manager - Aggregate to lead mining and production at the assigned plant in North America. You will plan, direct, and coordinate operations to meet dispatcher requests efficiently and safely, while controlling costs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years in aggregate mining and related production, with SAP experience considered a plus. Travel and cross-department coordination are expected as part of daily site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5-7 years Aggregate Mining and related Raw Materials Plant Production experience
• Field of Study Preferred: Mining Engineering, Managing
• Required Technical Skills: SAP experience would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and control mining of raw materials and production at the Plant to meet Dispatcher requests
• Ensure staffing and monitor inventory at the Plant and coordinate with Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance, Quality Control
• Develop mining and production strategies to raise productivity while prioritizing safety and controlling costs
• Supervise plant operators and laborers, schedule production and oversee preventative maintenance routines
• Maintain inventory levels to service customers and adhere to health, safety and environmental policies
