Ideal candidates bring a VA P&C license and 3+ years in sales or customer service, with strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to community involvement.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of experience in consultative sales or customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Residency in or near Norfolk, Virginia.
• Background in local networking or community involvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the specific insurance needs of individuals and families to provide customized protection plans.
• Conduct professional consultations to explain complex policy details in clear, understandable language.
• Develop and maintain a steady flow of new business through local community engagement and referrals.
• Review existing client accounts periodically to ensure coverage stays aligned with their changing life circumstances.
• Collaborate with our office team to streamline the onboarding process for new policyholders.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions to ensure personalized follow-up and long-term care.
