Qualifications

• Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing insurance environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with learning and utilizing agency management software.
• Ability to articulate complex insurance concepts in plain language.
• Proactive attitude toward professional development and industry updates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of existing and prospective clients' current coverage to identify potential gaps or opportunities.
• Develop and present comprehensive insurance solutions that align with the specific needs of families and small business owners in our community.
• Manage a consistent pipeline of new business through networking, referrals, and local engagement initiatives.
• Provide clear, ongoing support for policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims assistance to ensure an excellent experience.
• Maintain accurate client records within our database to ensure high standards of data integrity and personalized service.
• Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and contribute to a welcoming, supportive office atmosphere.
