Qualifications

• Virginia Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales experience in a professional services setting.
• Demonstrated ability to connect with people and build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their protection needs and offer suitable coverage options.
• Manage incoming inquiries and proactively follow up on leads to grow our client base.
• Evaluate current policies to ensure our clients have the right level of coverage for their changing lives.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our database.
• Participate in local community outreach to build brand presence in the Fredericksburg area.
• Collaborate with the team to reach office goals and uphold our standards of service.
