Develop and grow a client base by understanding the unique insurance needs of local individuals and businesses.
Prepare customized coverage proposals that address specific risks and concerns for every policyholder.
Maintain active communication with current clients to ensure their protection plans remain aligned with their life changes.
Collaborate with the broader team to share insights and improve our collective approach to customer service.
Manage daily administrative tasks related to policy applications and renewals with high attention to detail.
Participate in local community events to increase agency visibility and build meaningful, long-term professional relationships.
Active Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Strong communication skills with a focus on building rapport.
Experience managing a book of business or working in a customer-facing sales capacity.
Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a straightforward way.
Deep familiarity with local communities in and around Norfolk.
Proficiency in standard office software and agency management systems.
