Identify the unique insurance needs of prospective clients through thoughtful, guided conversations.
Develop and present customized insurance proposals that address specific risk management goals.
Manage and nurture a growing portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact for questions or updates.
Engage with the Richmond community to foster local connections and expand our agency presence.
Update and maintain accurate digital records of policy interactions to ensure high-quality service.
Collaborate with our internal team to improve sales processes and share insights from client feedback.
Virginia Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Two or more years of experience in sales or client advisory roles.
Strong comfort level with digital policy management and documentation software.
Excellent verbal communication skills for clear client interactions.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with consultative sales strategies is helpful but not strictly required.
