Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property and Casualty license is required.
• Experience managing a client portfolio or sales role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a schedule without constant supervision.
• Familiarity with standard office software and client databases.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Lynchburg community members to assess risks and offer coverage options.
• Build and maintain client relationships as the primary contact for questions.
• Assist clients through renewal and policy adjustments as life changes.
• Develop new leads through local networking and events.
• Respond promptly to claims or billing inquiries to support clients.
