The Atlantic District is seeking a motivated insurance professional to run a Farmers agency in Owings Mills, Maryland. You will lead growth, operations, and client services, acting as the face of the firm and building lasting client relationships with integrity and care.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.
• Clear and articulate communication skills for both phone and in-person consultations.
• Ability to prioritize multiple client requests without losing attention to detail.
• Previous experience with carrier-specific quoting portals is a definite advantage.

• Cultivate and manage a robust portfolio of personal and commercial insurance clients.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure every client is protected correctly.
• Present clear, easy-to-understand coverage options that empower clients to make informed choices.
