You will build a local client base, explain policy options clearly, and guide clients through renewals with a friendly, service‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline or client book.
• Strong comfort level with cold calling and community outreach.
• Polished communication skills to explain complex policy details simply.
• Fluency in CRM platforms and general office software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Virginia Property & Casualty license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a client base within the Leesburg community through networking and local engagement.
• Assess the individual needs of families and businesses to provide accurate insurance coverage recommendations.
• Guide clients through the policy renewal process and assist with account updates.
• Create custom quotes that balance budget requirements with proper protection.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy in all documentation and policy management.
• Participate in local community events to represent the agency and build neighborhood connections.
