Qualifications

• Active VA Property & Casualty license.
• Proven sales and client relationship track record.
• Strong knowledge of Blacksburg market.
• Experience with CRM and quoting software.
• Education: high school diploma; degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients in Blacksburg to assess insurance needs.

Requirements

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license.

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Experience with agency management systems or CRM platforms.
