The Atlantic District in Alexandria, VA is seeking an Agency Lead to run a Farmers insurance agency, driving growth, operations, and client service. You will lead the sales team, coach staff, and shape how we protect our community with practical solutions.

You will mentor teammates, develop client relationships, and analyze data to improve outreach, retention, and service quality in a fast-paced, community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property and Casualty license.
• Proven success in insurance sales.
• Experience in leadership or management within an agency.
• Strong mentorship and coaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of our insurance sales division to ensure we consistently reach our goals.
