Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Manager to be the first point of contact for our agents, guiding them from onboarding through ongoing support.

You will train on tools, coordinate marketing requests, and mentor junior team members while partnering with Onboarding and Marketing to ensure smooth expansion.

Role emphasizes customer service excellence, collaboration, and a proactive approach to change within a dynamic real estate platform.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience with live or remote training is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as their day-to-day contact.
• Promote the adoption of Compass technology and adjacent services with 1:1 support and group training.
• Provide marketing support by creating collateral and coordinating with Marketing Advisors.
• Partner with Onboarding to welcome new customers and ensure a smooth first few weeks.
• Support ongoing national initiatives and expansion/M&A activity.
• Mentor Agent Experience Coordinators and manage escalations.
