Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Coordinator in Edina, MN to serve as the face of the office, support technology adoption, and provide marketing and administrative assistance. You will help ensure Compass standards are upheld while delivering a world-class experience for agents and clients.

You have 1–2 years in customer service or office operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in-office with attention to detail. This role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise tech like Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence is a plus.
• Excellent listening skills and empathy toward customers’ pain points.
• Aims to build community and encourage in-office engagement.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Meticulous, highly organized, and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to work in-office during standard operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the office, welcome guests, manage mail, set up events, and maintain organization.
• Support adoption of Compass technology with one-to-one customer help.
• Provide basic marketing support by creating collateral from templates.
• Collaborate with teams to relay questions and feedback for agents.
• Answer questions and troubleshoot tech/devices and conference room hardware.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative assistance, such as meeting prep and data entry.
• Be a culture carrier, inspiring positive change within the team.
