Compass Real Estate - Peninsula is seeking an Agent Experience Coordinator in Montclair, NJ. You will be the first point of contact for clients entering our offices, overseeing office operations, and ensuring Compass standards are upheld while supporting agents with tools and marketing requests.

In this role you will help onboarding, provide 1:1 tech support for Zendesk and Salesforce, assist with marketing collateral, and collaborate with other teams to improve the in-office experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality or operations.
• Experience in real estate is a plus, familiarity with enterprise tech is beneficial.
• Strong listening, communication and problem-solving skills with empathy for customers.
• Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage mail, coordinate in-office events, maintain appearance and supplies.
• Provide 1:1 support for Compass technology and tools to agents.
• Assist with basic marketing collateral and liaison to marketing specialists.
• Collaborate across teams to champion questions and feedback for agents.
• Troubleshoot technology and conference room hardware; provide ad-hoc admin support.
