Compass Real Estate - Peninsula is seeking an Agent Experience Coordinator to welcome clients, manage the office, and ensure Compass standards are met. You will support agents with understanding Compass tools, training, and marketing requests, championing a positive, client-first environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, organization, and collaboration across teams to deliver a world-class experience for agents and visitors alike.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise tech (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers.
• Desire to foster community and in-office engagement.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the office, welcome guests, manage mail, coordinate events, and maintain office appearance.
• Provide 1:1 support to customers for Compass technology and services.
• Assist with basic marketing tasks by creating collateral from templates and coordinating with marketing specialists.
• Collaborate with other teams to relay questions and feedback from agents.
• Troubleshoot basic technology/devices and conference room hardware as needed.
