Job summary

New York Life, Philadelphia General Office, is seeking a role to support agent retention, training, and development across our agency network. You will implement NYLIC University curricula, manage online systems, and collaborate with Field Management to drive sales and development of agents and managers.

The role requires FINRA licenses (Series 6 & 63), Life/Health licenses, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two-time Council qualifier with a solid Life Case Rate or PF2 experience.
• Valid State Life and Health Licenses.
• FINRA Registrations- Series 6 & 63.
• Persuasive, Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive agent retention and production efforts.
• Implement NYLIC University curricula and schedule sessions.
• Navigate NYLIC University Online for development and reporting.
• Promote sales initiatives with agents and management teams.
• Lead National Prospecting Week at GO level to plan activities.
• Train agents to prospect through referrals and networking.
• Mentor Development Managers and Partners in planning meetings.
