Job summary

New York Life seeks an experienced leader to drive agent retention and production within its Agency sales force. You will implement training curricula, manage scheduling of sessions, and ensure effective use of the Sales Central and Marketing Central platforms across General Offices.

You will partner with GO Field Management to implement development systems, lead national prospecting initiatives, and coach managers in performance planning and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• FINRA licenses: Series 6 & 63 preferred.
• Experience in development coaching and group facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Drive retention and production efforts for the agent network.
• Implement NYLIC University curriculum and training systems.
• Navigate NYLIC University Online for development and reporting.
• Train and support Field Management on system features (Sales Central/Marketing Central).
• Partner with General Office Field Management to implement Development System (FDS).
• Lead national prospecting initiatives and promote sales incentives.
