Manufacturing Recruiter - Engineering & Ops - Building Centers of Excellence ️

Agency Recruiter opportunity in Charlotte!

We are a fast growing startup with 7 employees and plans to double in size in 2025. This position will be our 8th employee and will have a strong impact on the growth of the business.

Guaranteed base salary plus uncapped commissions. Year 1 OTE $90,000-$100,000…Multiple Recruiters on the team have hit or exceeded these targets. Role includes health, dental, vision insurance, 401k match, etc.

Full Training is provided for the position...most recruiters on the team joined directly after college.

Carnegie Search is a recruiting firm that helps engineers find the right job match. This position will be a Full Desk Recruiter that can start on the candidate side and work towards full candidate and client development activities.

This is an on site position in Charlotte. No previous sales or recruiting experience is required. Experienced Recruiters are encouraged to apply and can begin at a higher level. Must have the willingness to learn, accept training, and show determination to succeed in a fast paced environment.
