Responsibilities

• Outbound business development activities using company lists, scripts, and market intelligence.
• Research niche industries to become a recruiting expert for targeted roles.
• Track and monitor advertised jobs within your niche.
• Develop focused marketing lists with hiring authorities’ contact information.
• Create and maintain candidate databases with MPCs, industry trends, and target companies.
• Conduct a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily to engage passive talent.
