Qualifications

• Some Sales or Recruiting experience preferred.
• Desire to work in a fast growing startup.
• Able to perform outbound calls and candidate sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Perform consistent outbound business development activity.
• Research niche industries to become a recruitment expert.
• Track and contact advertised jobs within your niche.
• Develop niche-specific marketing lists with hiring authorities.
• Create and maintain candidate databases for matching to listings.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to build relationships.
• Source candidates and identify target companies for roles.
• Use company software to identify candidate profiles and contact info.
• Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to identify passive talent.
• Screen and qualify respondents and prep for interviews.
• Find 5 qualified submittals each week.
• Generate production credit on placement fees annually.
