Job summary

DEMAND.com, a customer-centric agency in the B2B tech space, seeks a strategic role to grow agency partnerships and drive demand generation. This remote US position emphasizes proactive outreach, event support, and cross-team collaboration to expand our in-house, full-funnel services.

You will manage multiple agency accounts, travel to meet clients, craft insight-led content, and align with sales and client success teams to optimize campaigns and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple agency accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in client success. Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Experience in demand generation in a B2B context.
• Experience leveraging AI in current role; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other client management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in event planning is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel across the US to support local agency partnerships, events, and business development initiatives as needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for B2B agencies, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Foster strong, long-term relationships that contribute to agency retention and satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support to agencies to maximize their success with our services.
• Proactively craft compelling content to present to agencies in terms of insight-led research.
• Conduct outreach efforts to establish connections with potential B2B agencies and generate new opportunities.
• Expand our network by identifying and securing partnerships with new agencies.
• Develop strategies to drive growth within existing agency relationships.
• Collaborate with the US sales team to co-manage agency opportunities (RFIs, briefs).
• Assist in planning and executing events for agency clients, including in-person meetings and webinars.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure events align with business goals.
• Meet agency clients face-to-face for events and networking across the US, especially South/Southwest.
