Oversee daily operations to ensure our agency runs smoothly and exceeds production goals.

Build and maintain strong partnerships within the Pittsburgh business community.

Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Three or more years of leadership experience within an insurance agency.
Deep understanding of insurance underwriting guidelines and sales workflows.
Strong ability to coach staff on improving sales performance.
Proficiency in industry-standard agency management software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
