Guide and motivate the sales team to reach our shared goals for the year.
Review existing client portfolios to identify potential gaps in coverage and offer better solutions.
Lead weekly strategy meetings to share successes and troubleshoot common roadblocks.
Maintain strong relationships with local Erie community leaders and businesses to build our brand presence.
Monitor day-to-day performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to help agents grow their skills.
Ensure all policies follow state regulations and internal quality standards.
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Three or more years of leadership or management experience within an insurance agency.
Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
Effective coaching and mentorship skills for small teams.
Comfort with agency management software and digital reporting tools.
