Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
Three or more years of experience managing or leading a sales team within the insurance sector.
Deep knowledge of personal lines insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding established sales targets.
Expertise in agency management software and lead generation tools.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is helpful but not mandatory.
