The Atlantic District in Troy, PA is seeking an Agency Lead to guide daily sales operations, mentor agents, and drive growth with a client‑centric approach.

You will shape strategy, monitor performance metrics, and strengthen our local presence through community partnerships and outstanding client service. A PA Property & Casualty license is required along with leadership experience to thrive in our collaborative, community‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• Valid PA Property & Casualty license.
• Three or more years of experience managing insurance sales operations or leading a production team.
• Deep understanding of personal lines insurance products and underwriting guidelines.
• Strong command of agency management systems and digital sales platforms.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and cultivating a high‑performing team culture.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a professional leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily sales operations of the office to ensure we are meeting our growth goals and client service standards.
• Mentor and coach individual agents on their sales techniques and professional development.
• Review agency performance metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement and celebrate our wins.
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment where every staff member feels empowered to do their best work.
• Strengthen our local presence in Troy by building relationships with community partners and potential clients.
• Manage complex policy inquiries and act as the final point of escalation for client issues that require a personal touch.
