Job summary

The Atlantic District is seeking a Lead Agent to balance autonomy with partnership as we help neighbors in Indiana, Pennsylvania secure their futures. You will lead the end-to-end sales process, mentor teammates, and build lasting relationships with local clients and business owners.

You should have a PA P&C license, a proven sales record, and strong knowledge of personal and commercial lines. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities for career growth and a supportive,

• Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty license.
• Proven track record of meeting growth targets in insurance sales.
• Strong understanding of personal and commercial lines of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales process from initial contact through to policy binding and final delivery.
• Mentorship of junior team members to help them hone their sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Cultivation of long-lasting relationships with community members and local business owners.
• Regular review of existing client accounts to ensure protection gaps are closed and coverage remains relevant.
• Collaboration with agency leadership to develop effective strategies for reaching our annual growth goals.
• Preparation of quotes and customized coverage solutions that reflect the actual needs of our policyholders.
