Oversee the daily sales operations of our Harrisonburg office to ensure we are meeting our goals.
Mentor and guide current sales team members to help them sharpen their skills and reach their potential.
Develop and execute local outreach strategies that introduce our services to new households and businesses in the community.
Manage lead pipelines and conversion processes to drive consistent revenue growth.
Collaborate with the regional team to refine our service offerings and improve the client experience.
Maintain high standards of compliance and ethics in all client interactions and policy adjustments.
Valid Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.
Demonstrated history of success in an insurance sales or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of insurance products and local market dynamics.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to mentor and motivate a small sales team.
Proficiency in modern agency management software and Microsoft Office.
