The Atlantic District in Easton, Maryland is seeking an Agency Lead to steer daily operations, mentor a team of insurance representatives, and drive growth with customer-centric service. You will shape sales strategies, strengthen relationships with local businesses, and manage carrier partnerships to meet client needs.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, an active P&C and Life & Health license, and a track record of achieving growth targets while upholding community values and service

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience managing insurance sales operations or leading teams.
• Deep understanding of policy coverage, underwriting standards, and regional market trends.
• Proficiency in agency management software and digital document filing systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of our Easton office to ensure seamless customer service and efficient workflows.
• Lead, coach, and inspire our team of insurance representatives to reach their professional and personal goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the long-term vision of The Atlantic District.
• Maintain strong relationships with local business owners and community members to expand our reach.
• Manage carrier relationships and ensure our portfolio meets the changing needs of our clients.
• Analyze sales metrics and operational data to refine our approach and improve client retention.
