Qualifications

• PA Property & Casualty license is required.
• Proven track record in insurance sales and leadership.
• Strong understanding of Westmoreland County insurance dynamics.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven with ability to set and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Greensburg sales team to achieve growth and high service standards.
