The Atlantic District in Doylestown, PA, is seeking an Agency Lead to guide our local team, shape neighborhood engagement, and drive growth in a mission-driven environment.

You will oversee daily operations, coach sales staff, and build community partnerships, with a base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities. Join a team that prioritizes heart, integrity, and service to clients and neighbors.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Minimum five years of insurance sales or agency management experience.
• Proven mentoring and coaching skills for sales teams.
• Excellent public speaking and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting principles and local market dynamics.
• Experience with agency management systems and lead-tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth experience for staff and policyholders.
• Design and implement growth strategies to expand our footprint in the Doylestown community.
• Coach sales associates to improve pitching and retention.
