Oversee daily office operations to ensure a seamless experience for our staff and policyholders.
Design and implement growth strategies that expand our footprint in the Doylestown community.
Provide hands-on coaching to sales associates to help them refine their pitch and improve retention.
Analyze performance metrics to identify gaps and celebrate team wins.
Foster a supportive and collaborative office culture where every team member feels valued.
Build and maintain relationships with key local business partners and community organizations.
Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
Minimum five years of insurance sales or agency management experience.
Strong track record of mentoring and coaching sales teams to success.
Excellent public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
Advanced understanding of insurance underwriting principles and local market dynamics.
High proficiency in agency management systems and digital lead tracking software.
