Job summary

Levanta, the creator affiliate platform for brands and creators, is seeking an Agency Enablement Manager to design and scale training programs that help agencies offer affiliate and creator marketing as a core service.

You will build curriculum, launch cohorts, establish certification, and collaborate with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to ensure successful handoffs and measurable results across Levanta’s platform.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience managing affiliate and creator programs.
• Experience building or growing affiliate marketing as an agency service.
• Proven ability to design scalable training and certification programs.
• Familiar with Amazon and D2C affiliate marketing.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch an agency training program.
• Develop end-to-end curriculum covering affiliate marketing fundamentals, service packaging, pricing, client acquisition, and program management.
• Launch, test, and iterate with initial cohort of agencies.
• Build for scale with LMS platforms and on-demand training.
• Establish and roll out an agency certification program.
• Partner cross-functionally to align training with agency needs.
• Enable successful handoffs with Agency Customer Success.
