Levanta is hiring an Agency Enablement Manager to build and scale education for agencies offering affiliate and creator marketing services. You will design a comprehensive curriculum, launch cohorts, and develop scalable resources across LMS and on-demand content.

You will partner with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to ensure adoption, certification, and smooth handoffs, helping Levanta expand its partner ecosystem and drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience managing affiliate and creator programs in digital marketing.
• Experience building or growing affiliate marketing as an agency service.
• Ability to design scalable training programs and certification processes.
• Proven track record turning concepts into repeatable, measurable programs.
• Familiarity with Amazon or other marketplace affiliate programs and D2C models.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Build and launch an agency training program with a comprehensive curriculum.
• Develop end-to-end training covering affiliate marketing fundamentals, packaging, pricing, client acquisition and program management.
• Launch, test, and iterate cohorts; collect feedback to improve curriculum and experience.
• Create a scalable education roadmap including LMS, on-demand video training, and repeatable resources.
• Establish and roll out an agency certification to assess proficiency in affiliate marketing and Levanta’s platform.
• Partner with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to address adoption barriers and smooth handoffs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure training meets agency needs and supports growth to hundreds of partners.
