Job summary

Levanta is seeking an Agency Enablement Manager to help marketing and eCommerce agencies establish affiliate and creator marketing as a core service offering. You will build training, resources, and certification programs, and scale agency education using LMS, on-demand video training, and repeatable learning resources.

You’ll partner with Agency Partnerships and Customer Success to ensure training aligns with client needs and drives agency growth across Levanta’s platform and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience managing affiliate and creator programs, ideally in a digital marketing or affiliate agency.
• Experience building or growing affiliate marketing as an agency service, including packaging, pricing, and delivery models.
• Ability to take programs from concept to execution and create repeatable processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch an agency training program: design and deliver a curriculum for agencies to offer affiliate management services.
• Develop end-to-end curriculum covering affiliate marketing fundamentals, service packaging, pricing, client acquisition, and program management.
• Launch, test, and iterate: train initial agencies, gather feedback, and improve curriculum and training experience.
• Build for scale: roadmap for scaling agency education including LMS platforms and on-demand video training.
• Establish agency certification: create a certification program to assess agency proficiency in affiliate marketing and Levanta’s platform.
• Partner cross-functionally: work with Agency Partnerships to address barriers to adoption and align training with agency needs.
• Enable successful customer handoffs: collaborate with Agency Customer Success to transition agencies into ongoing support.
